Dynamic JCB runs a single response SLA — 48 hours — across the entire Maharashtra and Goa territory. Service originates from one Pune-based JCB service team. Gold-tier AMC customers receive priority dispatch on the same SLA.
From breakdown call to engineer on site.
Acknowledgement < 4 hr
Within 4 hours of breakdown call (during desk hours), we acknowledge with engineer dispatch confirmation and ETA.
Engineer on site < 48 hr
Engineer reaches the machine within 48 hours of the call for any site in MH or Goa. Diagnostic kit and common-spare set carried in the service van.
Gold AMC priority
Gold-tier AMC customers are routed to the front of the dispatch queue — same 48-hour SLA, but priority order when multiple breakdowns are open.
All routes start in Pune.
The Pune service centre is the single dispatch hub. From there, engineers route to:
- →Pune metro — same-day dispatch when feasible.
- →Mumbai / MMR — engineer dispatched same day, on-site within 48 hr depending on traffic and access permits.
- →Nashik · Aurangabad · Kolhapur · Solapur · Sangli · Satara — overnight transit, on-site within 48 hr.
- →Nagpur — flight + drive routing for engineer; spares shipped ahead. Within 48 hr SLA.
- →Goa (Panaji · Margao) — overnight road transit from Pune, on-site within 48 hr.
We do not service JCB Access machines outside our territory.
For service outside Maharashtra and Goa, JCB India will route you to the authorised dealer for your state. Dynamic JCB only services machines in our authorised territory — claiming pan-India service would dilute the SLA we hold ourselves to.
