Dynamic JCB's three AMC tiers are tuned to the electric scissor lift fleet. Battery health, charger calibration, hydraulic and sensor calibration, and the 48-hour SLA carry across all three. Tiers differ on visit frequency, breakdown coverage, and bundled add-ons.
Bronze
Preventive only. For light-utilisation buyers happy to pay per breakdown.
Silver
Preventive plus included breakdown labour, travel, and consumables. Most-chosen tier.
Gold
Priority response plus DRM telematics and biometric access. For fleet operators.

Spares are supplied at MRP across all tiers. Pricing is per machine and per territory — contact for quote. AMC tiers do not include operator training (no operator training programme exists at Dynamic JCB).
