Who we are
This site is operated by the Electronic Safety Systems (ESS) division of Dynamic Servitech Pvt. Ltd. (DSPL), based at Dynamic House, Soba Puram, Warje, Pune 411058, Maharashtra, India.
DSPL (ESS division) is the authorised dealer of JCB Access Platforms for Maharashtra and Goa, operating this site as Dynamic JCB.
What we collect
We collect personal data only when you fill in the lead or quote form on this site. That includes your name, company, phone number, email, and the project or machine details you choose to share.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers, behavioural profiling, or chat bots that scrape your inputs.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, scope the right machine, and follow up on the sale, financing, or service conversation. We do not run marketing automation. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
In some cases we share enquiry context with JCB India for warranty registration or financing — only as needed to fulfil your request.
Cookies
This site uses essential session cookies only — to keep the form working across page loads. No advertising or tracking cookies.
During our migration off Wix, some legacy images are still served from static.wixstatic.com. Those CDN requests do not place tracking cookies on your device.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data until the sale conversation is closed, plus 2 years after that for tax and audit obligations under Indian law. Sale and warranty records are retained for the longer periods required by JCB and Indian law. Backups are encrypted at rest.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Just email sales@dgoc.in with the subject line “Privacy request” and we will respond within 30 days.
Compliance
We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) of India. If a Data Protection Board notice or grievance reaches us, we route it through our group compliance team in Pune.
