01Which JCB Access models are available in India?
Three battery-electric scissor lifts — S1932EE, S3246EE, S4046EE — built in India by JCB. Boom lifts and other JCB Access global ranges are available on indent. We do not claim stock; every enquiry comes back with current lead-time confirmed by JCB India.
02Where do you sell JCB Access machines?
Maharashtra and Goa only. Dynamic JCB is the authorised JCB Access Platforms dealer for this territory. Sales coverage cities include Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Nagpur, Solapur, Sangli, Satara, Panaji, Margao.
03Do you offer financing?
We do not have an NBFC partnership. We facilitate connection with your preferred bank or NBFC at the buying stage — outright purchase is the direct option, and renting (via rentals.dgoc.in) is the alternative if utilisation is uneven.
04What's your service response time?
48-hour response across MH & Goa from our Pune service centre. Gold-tier AMC customers get priority dispatch.
05Do you stock spares?
Yes — genuine JCB spares stocked at our Pune service centre. Sold separately and as part of AMC. Spares supplied at MRP across all AMC tiers.
06What AMC tiers do you offer?
Bronze (preventive only), Silver (preventive + included breakdown labour and consumables), Gold (priority response + DRM telematics + biometric access). Battery health, charger calibration, hydraulic, and sensor calibration are covered across all tiers. Contact for quote — pricing is per-machine and per-territory.
07Are your service engineers JCB-certified?
Yes — factory-trained by JCB India. Dynamic JCB runs a dedicated JCB service team for the dealership.
08Can I trade in my old JCB Access machine?
Yes — refurbishment and trade-in is handled by Dynamic Group's rentals/resale division at rentals.dgoc.in/resale. Dynamic JCB itself does not sell pre-owned machines.
